Administrative Faculty

If you have a master’s degree or higher, and several years of up-to-the-minute experience in your field, you may be ideal for an administrative faculty position at CityU. Administrative faculty strive for a quality student experience by ensuring the success of program components, which may include program design, assessment, technology integrations, and/or curriculum development. Part-Time Teaching Faculty

As a Teaching Faculty member at City University of Seattle in Canada and in the U.S., you will have the opportunity to bring your accomplishments and expertise into the classroom, giving your students more than just a textbook education. Your knowledge can change lives – share it with the leaders of tomorrow! To teach at CityU, you need to have an earned master’s or doctoral (preferred) degree from an accredited institution, as well as extensive experience in your field of expertise. Teaching experience at a graduate level is highly desired, however we have the resources to help new instructors develop their skills. Potential applicants ideally also have basic computer skills and an interest in teaching technologies associated with course delivery and administration. Compensation for Teaching Faculty is based on the number of course credits. CityU courses vary from 3 and 5 credits (using a U.S. quarter credit model), with each credit equaling 10 hours of instruction (i.e., primarily classroom with some online).
